Complaints
As solicitors, we are under professional and legal obligation to keep our client’s affairs confidential. This means that we cannot disclose your information to a third party without your consent. External firms or organisations may conduct audit or quality checks on our practice. These external firms or organisations are required to maintain confidentiality in relation to your files. This obligation, however, is subject to a statutory exception: recent legislation on money laundering and terrorist financing has placed solicitors under a legal duty in certain circumstances to disclose information to the Serious and Organised Crime Agency. Where a solicitor knows or suspects that a transaction on behalf of a client involves money laundering, the solicitor may be required to make a money laundering disclosure. If this happens, we may not be able to inform you that a disclosure has been made or of the reasons for it. These are not applicable here.

At Goldfield Solicitors, we strongly believe that it is our responsibility to contribute to the welfare and happiness of others at the same time as achieving our corporate objectives. We are passionate about the community in which we operate and strive to work together with the borough of Brent to assist low-income residents to access legal services.
Friends of Manna Charity
Founded by Bobbie A - Edwards, the principal partner of Goldfield Solicitors, Friends of Manna is a charity that empowers women in Ghana who desperately need support to make the most of the natural resources the land can provide. The charity aspires to operate in all 16 regions of Ghana to make the most of the high-quality natural resources available in the various regions of Ghana. The charity has recently launched a project to donate football and accessories to young people and clubs in deprived communities in Ghana. The project also includes a West African regional youth football tournament so as to identify and support talents.
Presently, Friends of Manna has empowered women group in the north of Ghana to produce shea butter from high-quality shea nuts. The shea butter is turned into fine niche skincare products. The proceeds go back to support the charity.
Taste of Friendship is the main charity event hosted by Friends of Manna. It is an event inspired by dishes passed down from a generation of superior culinary skills from Ghana. The methods used remain unchanged for generations. Taste of Friendship hosted its maiden event at an exclusive London Capital Club on 11 to 22nd September 2015.
